How to Use a Mirror to Improve Your Golf Swing

One reason developing your swing is so hard is because most of the golf swing takes place behind your back where you cannot see it. Swinging in front of a mirror can help solve the problem, and help you in other ways. First, you have to get a mirror. The best choice is to get a full size mirror on the holder. You can buy one at a furniture store for about a round of golf. Adjust the mirror where you can swing the stick while facing and while standing on one side ("down-the-line" display). Draw a vertical line in the center of the mirror with a black pen. You are ready to go. The first thing you can use for mirrors is to check your settings. Get photos of professional golfers of the same size and create yours and compare your settings from the front with photos. Try to get into the same position comfortably. Then check your settings from the side. You should be able to find pro photos from this angle too. As before, learn to make your image in the mirror look like a photo. In general it will be true that a good athletic arrangement is a good arrangement. This is a fast way to get it. Your swing happens too fast for you to analyze in the mirror, but you can check yourself in a certain position. For each position check that follows, swing into that position so that you consider it to be the swing you experience. First, check your takeaway, from the side, with a stop where the shaft is parallel to the ground. The club venetian mirrors cheap must point directly to the mirror and the front end of the head must lead directly to the ground. Swing over the backswing and check there (side view). The club must be level with your position, and the surface of the club must be level with your left arm (right arm, for left-handed). The view from the front must show a complete turn. Check yourself down (side view) at the point where the club is pointing at the mirror again, but do this with movement. Just swing back and forth slowly to watch the club walk between your arms. The club must move through this position in a way that divides the distance between the two arms into two. If the club passes too close to your right arm, you will tend to hook. Too close to your left arm and an incision is born. Check the impact from the front. This is the most important position in golf. It would be better to check yourself against the photo once more. Imitation is the key to success here, and mirrors will help you get into the best impact position you can. Remember the line I asked you to draw? One key to good swing is to have a constant spinal angle. The lines in the mirror help you set that angle at the address and evaluate your success in keeping the same angle arranged through impact. When we do any physical skill, two things are right. We all think we do it right, and we all think we look venetian mirrors discount good doing it. However, the mirror does not lie. You have seen enough golf to know what a good swing looks like. You have photos. Now, pay close attention to yourself and train until the ideal swing in your head appears in the mirror.
